There is nothing we love more than photographing our clients as their family grows, it’s an honor to be chosen to document such awesome moments in their lives. This little girl joins her big sister, Kendall, whom we have photographed at 6 months, one and two years. We were s so excited to meet her sweet new baby sister on her 10th day of life. However, she wasn't a tiny one! Kelsey weighted in at 9 lbs 5 oz. and 21 inches at birth. The doctors told mom, Melinda, that the baby was going to be over 9 lbs and they were right! Kelsey had the best color and slept the entire session. And we just loved the barefoot family shot.
We were so happy to be selected to photograph Trisha and Majed's wedding in March of last year and even more delighted when Trisha called asking us to capture the newness of her itty bitty princess. Miss Magdalina didn't want to sleep at first, but once she was out... she was "out" and we could move her from one pose to another with ease. I personally love the teddy bears and so did Magdalina. I had to be nosey and ask the story behind her name. Trisha told me that Madga is the female version of Majed, meaning glorious... and she is! Trisha and Majed split their time between two homes - one here in Austin and one in Yemen. We hope to see her again in 6 months!
There is nothing in the world more special than a newborn. Thanks to parents Caitlyn and Wyatt for inviting us into their home to photograph their sweet son. Noah was awesome and slept for most of the session. His parents are Texas A&M graduates and I think they are grooming the next generation Aggie! They had so many props for us to use, we didn't get to half of them. We look forward to seeing Noah in our studio for his 6 month old session and can't wait to see how he grows and changes. Good job Mom and Dad.
Mark said it best, Shelby looks like the "Gerber baby". Parents Brandi and Bryan did a great job! At 5 weeks, Miss Shelby had little interest in sleeping for this session. Her mom and dad openly admit that, day or night, Shelby would rather be awake and enjoying her new world. Thank goodness Brandi gets to be a stay at home mom and dad is able to work from home - when not traveling for business! Bandi and Bryan are new Round Rock residents. They recently moved from Cincinnati and are enjoying the beautiful Texas weather. Shelby is a doll. We look forward to seeing her again soon.
